All rates are in local currency. The tax apply for bank tax 3% will add on the total payment. Tickets are generally for the period in which they were purchased. Cancellation Policy

River Rafting Bali reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the tour will be moved to another day.

You will not get a refund if:

1. If you give less than 1 day’s notice.
2. If you miss your tour departure (no show, staying up late, unexpected illness or injury, etc.)
3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience start time, the amount you have paid will not be refunded.
4. Any changes made less than 1 day before the experience start time will not be accepted.

Schedule Change

We are not responsible for changes to tour schedules due to reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockages, ceremonies, animal conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances).

Booking Process

1. Reservations can be made via instant booking or inquiry booking depending on the availability of River Rafting Bali services

Voucher Use Policy

1. Voucher use must be in accordance with River Rafting Bali terms and conditions and the vendor’s terms and conditions listed. Registered vendors are sellers who provide products and/or services.
2. For every successful order transaction, the user/buyer will receive a voucher and proof of payment via email. The voucher is proof of a valid transaction. The email may end up in your spam box, please check your spam box.
3. If an email lands in your spam box, please mark it as Not Spam for your future benefit. If you do not receive your voucher, please contact us at bookriverraftingbali@gmail.com
4. Users/buyers must print the voucher or save the voucher on their gadget (e-voucher) because the user must show it to Bali Adventure staff and vendors. Users should contact us at baliadventurs@gmail.com, if the staff refuses to provide the service so that we can resolve it immediately.

Privacy Policy

1. The privacy in question is the product buyer agreed to provide data or information, from the customer and the product user in ordering and purchasing on our site. Such as email address, username, hotel address, telephone number, account number, credit card number.
